2. Services Offered
EmberSprout Kitchen provides hands-on cooking classes, specialized workshops, private culinary events, corporate team-building experiences, retail of gourmet ingredients and kitchen tools, recipe development, and online culinary resources. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined for each offering.
3. Class Bookings and Cancellations
- Booking: All class bookings must be made through our official website or in person at our premises. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the class start date will receive a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are non-refundable but may transfer their spot to another person. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by EmberSprout Kitchen: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another class.
4. Retail Shop Purchases
Products purchased from our retail shop are subject to our returns and exchange policy, available separately. All sales are final on perishable goods unless defective.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use our website and services responsibly and lawfully. This includes refraining from:
- Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the website or services.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or other user accounts.
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Using the website for any commercial solicitation or spamming.
