For group classes, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days result in a 50% refund or credit. No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class, but you may send someone in your place. Private events have a separate cancellation policy outlined in your booking agreement.
Yes, paid public parking is available around the Joo Chiat area. We recommend checking local parking apps for real-time availability. Alternatively, we are easily accessible by public transport with several bus stops nearby.
